ChemAI 2025: where AI, Robotics, and Quantum meet Molecules and Materials

ChemAI is back for its 2025 edition, continuing its mission as Europe's premier networking event for AI applications in molecules and materials. ChemAI is evolving into a broader platform that connects interdisciplinary research with industry, startups with investors, and groundbreaking ideas with real-world applications. Our expanded scope aims to welcome a wider audience, a more diverse set of speakers, and a deeper focus on the futuristic approaches to Chemistry, Material Science, and Lab Automation thanks to AI, Robotics, and Quantum advancements.

Our goals for this edition extend beyond just a conference. We seek to:

  • Highlight AI innovations making a tangible impact in science and industry.
  • Promote collaboration between academia, startups, and established players in the chemical and materials sectors.
  • Attract and nurture young talent eager to work at the intersection of AI and natural sciences.

What is new?

What started as an experiment quickly turned into a must-attend conference, drawing international attention and selling out both previous editions with 220 attendees. For 2025, we’re scaling up.

  • Co-organization with Amsterdam.AI: Strengthening collaboration with key AI stakeholders in Amsterdam.
  • New venue with expanded capacity: Ensuring more attendees can participate and engage.
  • Bigger program: Featuring a broader range of topics and more distinguished speakers.
  • New topics included: Expanding into emerging fields such as quantum technology, alongside AI applications in chemistry and materials science.

New Venue

Spreading bright vibes, Hotel Casa is a vibrant space where everyone can feel at home. CASA approaches the world with curiosity and playfulness, supporting the bright young minds of tomorrow.

Hotel Casa is located in Amsterdam East, close to Amsterdam Amstel Station, the main ring road, and it's just about 30 minutes from Schiphol Airport.

The conference area is flexible, with room for up to 350 guests and several options for exhibitions and parallel meet-ups. This allows us to host 6 plenary sessions of 30 minutes, and 6 parallel sessions of one hour each.
